A certified, friendly and professional Home Inspector, will take time and care to inspect and evaluate each element of the home and report the findings. Each inspection includes a thorough visual examination inside and outside of the home, a client walk through discussing the report findings, at the conclusion of the inspection answer any questions the home buyer may have and provide helpful tips and advice. An electronic inspection report will be generated on site and emailed to the client so that they may have an electronic copy to take with them wherever they may go or add to the binder given on site.
Lakeside Home Inspections uses the most current technology and software for ease of use for the home buyer. This report includes descriptive issues with the home as well as diagrams and photos taken. Video of the roof and attic are also taken and shown to the client at the conclusion of the inspection so that they will have seen every aspect of the home
A free “Recallchek” is included with every home inspection. This is a feature that includes taking the make and model number of the appliances included with the sale of the home and submitting them to a website. The client will be contacted a few days later with a report notifying them if there are any recalls on those appliances.

PRE-LISTING
Having a home inspection done prior to listing can help with the closing process. Issues that may be found during a standard pre-purchase inspection can be addressed before the home is listed and therefore is an added feature in selling the home.
PRE-PURCHASE
A pre-purchase home inspection is the most common type of home inspection. Issues found are noted and the final sale of the home may be dependant on the results of the home inspection.
MAINTENANCE INSPECTION
Every home will need a little maintenance after time. But how much? A maintenance inspection is perfect for people who love their homes and aren't planning on moving but want to know which aspects of the home may need tending to.
NEW HOME WARRANTY
A newly built home surely can't have anything wrong with it right? Wrong. There is always something to be found in a home. It would be better to find those things before the new home warranty is up though.
